The service was slow and the kitchen got one of our orders wrong. Because of the slow service, The corrected order was not brought out in time for us to eat together. The waitress did not apologize nor did she offer to compensate us for the fact that each of us had to dine at different times. View all feedback.
I've never heard of Nando's until my friend suggested it while we were walking around looking for a place to sit down and eat.

We got our appetizer quickly. And the rest of the meal arrived in a reasonable amount of time.
Hostess didn't know how to confirm reservation told me the system was broken then said the restaurant was under new mgmt and they didn't tell her anything . That was after she told me it would be a 40 minute wait and I was surrounded by empty tables. The manager finally came had us seated and our server was terrific! I stopped another young lady on the way out and told her that I wanted to confirm my reservation was confirmed with open table and she saw it immediately and took care of it. Hostess should be trained or let go. She probably was just ready to leave and had to stay because of the 3 employees that came in all together late.
