COVID UPDATE: We had been looking forward to trying Paladar for some time, and we finally decided to order takeout. The curbside pickup experience was outstanding. We received... View all feedback.
Charred pineapple margarita with El Dorado rum, Caribbean grilled chicken with cilantro rice and adobe black beans, blackened fish tacos and guacamole with shrimp, pineapple and onions. The food was delectable and we definitely took our time and savored each bite almost 2 and a half hours! The staff was attentive and patiently answered all of our Rum Bible questions. The ambiance was quiet enough for a romantic evening out if you get a corner table but also lively enough and there were a few families present with small children and babies. All in all, would absolutely return. P.S. Charla (sp? is an asset to your team.
Great food and better drinks. Went for late night happy hour. The Pineapple charred mojito is a must! Also the blackened fish tacos are very good. I've been here multiple times and the food is always good. I definitely recommend giving this place a try.
First time enjoying this establishment. Easy seating at the bar, waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable with all our questions. Got the Ciprihauna (sp? Flight which was delicious. Then an appetizer of Queso Fundido that was much different than most others. Chunks of chorizo, gooey cheese and whole garlic cloves. Very, very good. Also ordered the Tuna Tacos, Chicken Empanadas and then finished with a Flourless Chocolate tort. I cannot wait to go back!!
Taco Tuesday is amazing. Variety of tacos to choose from and $5 margaritas. They ask that you order a minimum of 3 tacos per person. Tacos are $3.50 each. We had the Queso Fundido for a starter, which was really good. We will try it with chorizo next time, which will be a $2 upcharge. I had the chipotle ground beef, chorizo, and blackened fish tacos with a jalapeno Paloma. My friend the blackened fish, crispy shrimp, and crispy chicken tacos.
Great place for drinks and food the food is some of the best I have had in all of the DMV. Ryan, at the bar, provided excellent service. Definitely a good place to go and experience. Neat decor. Clean bathrooms. Friendly people. Great place.
