What User likes about Dunkin':
Busy but very fast and a lot of good breakfast options. I go here often and usually the staff is very friendly. Recently, after finishing at the drive through i almost parked and went inside to have a discussion with the young lady taking orders. She was extremely rude and pushy. I understand costumer service is difficult, but spreading your negative energy and unhappiness is unpleasant for everyone. Management needs... View all feedback. Its a downtime to this location when we came in. Its the usual Dunkin. Employees having chichat behind the counter and we can hear them talking like they were in the hood using foul words. Also I ordered large matcha latte, they put ice 3/4 of the cup then filled like a small size amount of the latte. Maybe next time i will order without ice. View all feedback.
