Dunkin' - Annapolis

The woman Tiffany was not only verbally, but also physically rude towards me as I was ordering. Excessive eye rolling and disgusted groans were what I was met with as I order my drink. I am appalled by the service here, and will gladly drive to the nearby McDonald's for coffee that tastes like a shoe, just to avoid the toxic baristas.

The people are so friendly coffee is Amazing. Tiffany is there everytime i am and she jusy goes above and beyond what she should.

On the morning of the 25th, I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The woman named Stephanie was very rude to me. When I asked her questions, she responded with an aggressive attitude, rolling her eyes as if she didn’t want to serve me at all. To top it off, she spilled my drink. This was the second time I’ve encountered this behavior from her. I would prefer to make my own coffee than deal with someone who shows such disrespect for customers. I will not be returning.

On August 4th, 2019, around 7:00 PM, the hefty tattooed woman at the counter had an unpleasant attitude and treated my wife poorly. Her non-verbal cues, such as eye rolling and loud exhales, were extremely disrespectful when my wife simply asked a question.

The app was incredibly helpful, and despite the constant crowds, the staff handled everything smoothly. I ordered from outside, and my order was waiting for me when I walked in. The staff was friendly, the food and drinks were well-prepared, and the place was clean.
