Domino's Pizza - Annandale

They are all new and still learning. I read the reviews and people need to calm down. We have ordered take out 4 times now and have only great things to say. All employees are still learning and are super nice! This is so much better Jimmys.

The store appeared to be open online and through the app. It allowed me to order (and made me prepay). The store wasn't open. It was Sunday at 4 pm. I usually love Dominos pizza so I am excited to have one in Annandale, but are they ever going to open? I've tried to order several times online and call to order for pickup.

Called and placed an order at 12:30 for a 4:30 pickup. Show up for my pizzas cheese bread and none of my order was made?.just got a ?sorry she screwed up?. I was then apparently dismissed because they turned away from me and started helping the next customer in line. McDonalds for supper : Update: Received a phone call and was given an apology and offer to ?make it right??and he DID make it right! Thank you

Typically its pretty decent but today was a flop and it wasn't because they were busy. There were 2 cars in the entire parking lot, nobody in the store, and 4 people working. The Alfredo was suppose to be no chicken and had chicken, the lava cake things didn't have powdered sugar on them. While they are not huge issues-i paid for what I expected and didn't get it.

Food was hot and good! Ordered the cheese bread, cinnamon twists and plain wings w/blue cheese. Only thing that seems to be an issue is that when ever I try to order delivery it won't work and I do not live far from the store at all.
