Me and my friend ordered from here tonight, we ordered a calzone pizza, chicken nuggets and chips and a donner wrap. I phoned to add something to the order, they then phoned me back with the order being completely changed. They then proceeded to shout down the phone at us. They then came to my address and shouted at us, when we asked for a refund they demanded that we take the £36 order we didn’t ask for and when we said we weren’t taking the order and asked for a refund they told us to never order from there again and then banned us from ordering. 0/10 wouldn’t waste your time or money here staff that were on tonight were so rude, we are still currently waiting on the refund from this order, if I could give them 0 stars then I would. Dietary restrictions: I asked for a wrap with the grease from it drained off as they usually come quite greasy they stated to mock my dietary requirement and shouted at me
