I’ve been ordering the Italian sandwich about three times a week for nearly a year, and I really enjoy it when it’s made properly. However, there seems to be a lot of inconsistency in how it’s prepared; the staff should definitely be trained to ensure a more uniform experience. Very bad experience: I ordered a cheese pizza and for the first time I am not satisfied with the quality of the pizza. I know the process and wonder how qc is passed on for this pizza. bad is our time wasted and children had to eat something else. no good experience. I usually don't give a feedback, but I don't want this to happen for another customer and child. I hope you understand. I just went back to bad pizza. it was pathetic experience with the team member there 8.35 pm est shift . I'm sorry or apologise, OE person and another person who both acted like the hell. never seen this experience of any professional business. He called me to leave the business. he said that this load is his own and must leave immediately in 5m was actually ordering pizza from another business. I had to go and order from other places. They almost tried physically to hurt only $10 pizza. I've never experienced this behavior before I've lived my whole life. so very rude and loud. I think they need some training as a modest being not from the society, but also from their parents, how to behave properly with humor. I hope someone reads and takes something. their business violates many rules of the dominos franchise businesses one of them is down. our guarantee: if they are not completely satisfied with their domino’s pizza experience, we make it right or refund their money their business did not make it right on my question, but threatened to leave. forget about bad quality, I don't even feel safe in 4911 stores, so no longer visit their store in my life and will recommend my family and friends the same. dominos please watch this load for bad behavior with customers, this could spoil their global image.
The Domino's at Golfside and Washtenaw didn't follow the advertising ad on TV. They have gone up in price! Harder to order. Everything is automated. Not very happy with them. We have been ordering pizza from there for 15 years. Probably not as much now!
Sooooo i ordered an order two hours ago the driver didn’t even loookkkkkk for the apartment number lied and said they called me and then i had to call them they refunded my order i had to pay extra than what i paid before then they send me this old pizza i ordered the two hours ago put it into a new box and had the driver redeliver the old pizza instead of making me a hot fresh new one the cheese as you can see is cold I’m legit 5 mins away ain’t no way my pizza or food should be cold and then i called the worker hung up on me I’m ready to call corporate on them do not come here i repeat do not come here
Poor store support. Please do not order from here. Placed order at 10:46am for 12pm delivery. Order was actually delivered at 1:07pm. Online tracker said driver left the store at 12. I called store for an update at 12:20pm and they put my call on hold and never answered it. Tried several times to get in touch. Never ordering from this place again.
Received the wrong order of 3 pizzas and cheesy bread. Called in and the lady on the phone told us to keep it since the policy is they can't take back food once the customers have it. Since there's only 2 of us who can't eat all that pizza we chose to give it to our neighbors with kids. Delivery driver arrived with our correct order and demanded to have the wrong order back. Informed the driver what the lady on the phone said. Driver seemed unhappy and claimed the store changed his policy. Not sure if this is the best way to handle a wrong order especially when it comes to food.
