Waited a half hour for regular coffee. Of the half hour, the baristas had forgotten about it for 10 minutes and it wasn’t busy. Seems like the baristas were thrown into the shop without training. I felt bad for them, but don’t feel bad for the company’s lack of preparation and training. Cute shop. View all feedback.
Usually love Sweetwaters, but staff today were distracted and didn't get the order right. This owner is responsive to complaints and has a good track record with the store's service and cleanliness.

Wonderful staff who are always kind and quick! So disappointed to hear about Sweetwaters' union busting actions. Union solidarity forever!
Wheelchair accessibility: Restroom not quite accessible. Grab bars are needed.
Had a date here, they ghosted me but it wasn't the coffee's fault.
