The food was just average. It wasn't hot at all—more like lukewarm. I ordered a sandwich, and the fries were also cold. I usually enjoy good meals from this place, so I understand they're going through some growing pains. I hope this feedback helps them improve. View all feedback.

I came through the drive through and ordered my food and told them I didn’t want the sides that came with the box. They gave me the sides that came with it anyway and when I corrected them they got frustrated and had me pull around to the front and wait for the sides. It took them a long time and they ended up remaking the entire order. View all feedback.

I Love the new look! HOWEVER, I would like not to drive way south for chicken livers. Please put them back on your menu! Thanks!
This restaurant appears to be newly renovated and offers a fresh and inviting atmosphere. However, the service could use some improvement. The drive-thru is quite slow, and the staff could be friendlier. On the plus side, the food is quite tasty. It's worth noting that the prices are relatively high for fast food. The establishment itself was very clean.
Great people! They got our order perfectly and I loved to see where our chicken came and who the friars were on the board!
When a woman finally came out to take my order, I reminded her that I had already placed it and mentioned that more than 30 minutes had passed. She rudely replied that it had only been 29 minutes. During my wait, two other customers who arrived after me were served before I received my food. In the end, I got my order at 8:05 PM, which was 47 minutes after I had initially ordered. There was no apology; I was simply handed my food. Considering I paid $51, I expected better service. Most of the drumsticks were nearly devoid of meat, just bones. I usually enjoy KFC chicken, but I will be looking for another location from now on. I would strongly advise others to do the same.
