The staff at this restaurant were extremely rude, barely giving me time to order and repeatedly asking if there was anything specific they could help me find. I just needed a minute to look at the menu, but they were not accommodating. The service at the window was also short and rude. Overall, not a happy experience. View all feedback.
On July 25, 2022, at 11:28 a.m., I would not recommend this place as they do not seem to care about their business. I suggest going to the Taco Bell on Ankeny Blvd to the north, where you will receive better service and higher quality food. Every time I have ordered after 4 p.m. here, my food has been thrown haphazardly into a paper bag with no organization or care for the items I have ordered. The food is rarely properly packaged. I am consistently disappointed and would rather not eat at all if it means my food will be prepared correctly. I have 20-30 single-taco vouchers in my truck that I have not used because I refuse to come here so often. I have limited options as this is the only place open late, but the quality is subpar. It seems like the chefs and staff here need a reminder that we are all customers. Please improve the food quality and service. Andrew, the manager, take note! It is time to address the issues rather than just patching them up. The photos show a burrito supreme in a poorly packed bag and potato bites with minimal cheese. Three flattened Doritos Locos Tacos were not photographed. Altogether, the meal cost $18 and some change.

The customer service at this restaurant was poor. I work two blocks away and forgot my lunch at home, so I decided to go there since they were the only place open. I ordered a number 6 and when I got back to work, just three minutes away, the food was ice cold as if it had been sitting for hours. The chalupa shells were rock hard. I called the restaurant and the girl with blue hair answered. She told me that without a receipt, I couldn't get a refund. I checked the bag but there was no receipt. I reminded her that I had just been there 5 minutes ago, but she still refused to help and told me not to call again.

Only of the attempt to order, we were not respected from the beginning, and as was asked to speak with a man, she had green hair, I think her name was ashley she came out and was so respectful intelligent snappy aditude. rude is nice. When we decide to simply leave that she continued the respectful trashy-aditude, I can't believe that I received this kind of treatment from a caregiver, she said she was in touch, and the speeches she used while she was in charge.
