Mcdonald's - Ankeny

Not the worst macdonald I've ever been, but not the worst. it's okay, they don't get the food wrong, but they're usually confused. if they go mcdonalds in ankeny, I would choose the one in oralabor and state street, it is definitiw the best.

Very bad experience. we went home on the way out of town. we came around 644 and waited more than ten minutes for an icy vanilla latte that never arrived. They told us we should go on and sit after ten minutes, we went in to find out what is going on. the manager refused to talk to us when we specifically asked for her. she looked at us and talked to her person, but not us. She never came into the counter and filled further accusations. we never got our drink because she claimed the machine went into cleaning mode after they get our order. they said (if they fill in the back other commands) that they never knew it was in cleaning mode and that this could not come to tell us about the machine. they refused to give back our money or help us, as it was a mobile order, only to wait 12 minutes that we could not do. extremely terrible service and experience and without drinks

The breakfast was hot and fast no serviettes in the bag and could not get any employees to get something. parking: parking was easy to reach and out during the trip.

Terrible customer service. place them mobile order and went there to wait for the employee to discuss whether my order was the correct order or not. they have put my burgers in and out of the pocket several times and run through from the front to the back. the people only open it to see if the burger was done right.

I have never written a review for a fast food restaurant before, but I had never experienced a 45-minute wait with only 5 cars ahead of me. The soda was warm and flat, possibly the worst I have ever had from a McDonald's. The workers didn't even apologize. That was the last time I will ever go there.
