Flavory Bistro - Ankeny

THIS IS AN AMAZING FAMILY RUN RESTAURANT!!!!The food is FRESH DELICIOUS !!We r traveling across America and was camping in Iowa and decided to try this restaurant. THE steak lamb dishes with risotto and Greek salad was mouth watering. It was so good we went back the next night and had the salmon. Watch the ladies cook right in front of you and the service by Stefan was wonderful.Dont forget dessert!!Go and ENJOY!!Should be rated 10stars!!

A true gem! We are traveling across the Country in an RV. We were in town for only 2 nights and when we ate here to the 1st night, It was so good we came back the next. It's a family run business and everyone working here was wonderful as well.

The food was absolutely amazing, we will definitely be going back for take-out! We stopped in for dinner and we’re told that we should have made a reservation (5pm on a Saturday) but the website never mentioned reservations and they don’t use any kind of booking service. So they sat us next to the entrance at a broken table, meanwhile the restaurant was only 25-50% full the entire time we ate.

The restaurant is extremely welcoming with a fantastic menu. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Thank you so much.

The service at this restaurant is excellent and the atmosphere is relaxed. The food is cooked where customers can watch. The owner even came to our table to ensure that our food was good and to explain the menu to us since it was our first time dining there. Overall, everything was excellent.
