What User doesn't like about Poco Loco:
the membership of this group is caught by itself, neither they can surrender nor they are allowed by the maintenance fee of property. the forwarding of unused points is also limited to 1 year. they have established such a policy that they want money from...members, but they never offer basic customer services to their customers, I am also one among them. I and my husband were there to celebrate his bday and then we met Ishrat who came to visit us regarding membership upgrade. During the conversation she got to know the reason of our short Vacation and to our surprise she surprised us with a beautiful sculmptous cake. Along with her was Atul and the other team who joined us and made us felt like home. We will always cherish this moment that was created by Ishrat "a beautiful girl with an even more beautiful soul". Being a part of the corporate world I would consider this gesture of her as " Exceeding Customer Delight". Thanks once again Israt, keep Rocking

I stayed in this resort for a week, service here is quick and very friendly staff, good food, great ambiance, great place to stay with family, I'm proud of being of part of royal Goan Beach club, and not to forget the locality of the resort. It's in the prime location, stone throw away distance from Baga and calangute beach. Accessible to all major tourist destination.
Stayed here for a week in their two bedroom suite . The location of the hotel is great and the food and service is good too. Had a great time here !!!
Me n my wife celebrating our 24th mar anv there very nice holidays v spend there very nice rooms nice staff nice atmosphere .we enjoy there very much n want to go again with family there for a week minimum next year there.❤️????????
