Industria Pizzeria + Bar - Anjou

Food was Mediocre and Service was terrible ! Celebrated with my family members my son's Master's degree graduation. We were seated next to the kitchen where they make the pizzas. Some pizzas we received, the crust was burnt and we had to cut them with massive scissors they provide each customer who orders pizza. We had brought a cake which the manger said was ok to bring. They served it to us uncut, no plates, napkins nor cutlery. They told us to cut it ourselves because of covid protocol. However, the waitress did put our leftover pizza slices in boxes for us, from which I questioned why hadn't we placed our own food in our own boxes if they're so afraid of covid. We were given an 18 inch knife to cut the cake. The coffee was delayed and cold, one of our orders of coffee was charged but never received. Absolutely, slow and terrible service. Will never go back again !

I had never visited this restaurant before, but it had a welcoming atmosphere. I tried the arugula truffle pizza with burrata and found it to be absolutely delicious. The waitress was both helpful and friendly, and I thoroughly enjoyed the service she provided.

Went out for dinner on a Saturday night. We ordered pizza, the food was delicious and the service good. We had an enjoyable time.

I went to this restaurant on a Friday night for dinner. There was a DJ playing, but it wasn't too loud, just perfect. We didn't have to wait long for a table. The service was fast and the food was delicious! This is now one of my favorite restaurants. The kids' portions are huge, my daughter's pizza was almost the same size as the regular menu option. She finished it all in minutes, which is impressive for a picky eater. My husband ordered the gnocchi poutine and he loved it, although he wishes the portion was bigger (he wants it on the regular menu). I got the rigatoni bolognese, which was also amazing. The restaurant is beautiful and we were very happy with everything. We will definitely be returning.

With empty tables there was a line of people waiting for seats. Clearly the reception is inefficient and incompetent. Every time we go to this location we have this issue. Although the food is good if service is not good then We will go somewhere where they are able to manage their volumes and feel like a valued customer.
