We rented a car and it was a little difficult to find including some dirt roads, but two of the staff got in a car to come find us and help us navigate to this hidden gem! This was just the start of our incredible service. Benjamin was our server and he was so lovely. The restaurant and more than 14-acre farm were beautiful. We enjoyed the tamarind margaritas (BEST margarita in Mexico), stuffed eggplant with ricotta, seared tuna, fresh organic vegetables from the garden, and the pork shank with green mole sauce. The pork shank is a dish you can't miss. They offer cooking classes as well and would love to come back and have that experience!

The freshness of the ingredients is what gives this restaurant high marks above most others. You can literally taste how the vegetables were picked that morning from the farm. The chefs innovation and ability to bring out the most in each of the vegetables was what made this restaurant so wonderful. Only in Sicily Italy or Taiwan is there a comparable eating experience. Do not hesitate to make a reservation.
