I recently started to notice no line ups. The line has actually disappeared. Before you had to wait 45 minutes but now the drive through is like every other location, fast and efficient. Thank you need View all feedback.

The service was absolutely terrible. I called to inform someone that the young staff in the driveway were being careless and seemed disinterested. I understand they are young adults, but there was a complete lack of professionalism and they were even talking negatively about people in their cars. I do not recommend Tim's in Angus. The drive-thru line is the worst I've ever experienced. Recently, I've had to wait 10 to 15 minutes. This definitely needs to be improved.
I believe that when someone orders a plain bagel, they should receive exactly that and not some bizarre variation! It's really important to get people's orders correct.
