L'Art des Mets - Angoulême

For a restaurant called gastronomic, I'm a little disappointed. The meal was good, but no more. House correct but not up to a gourmet restaurant. Dressage tables, medium. Single and whitish glasses, paper towels, no tablecloth. Cold restaurant room. Too bad we're not coming back.

I recommend super nice and delicious foods

During a professional meal. Presentation of impeccable dishes. (On the other hand, the glasses are not nickel: whitish) Gustatively, it's good without being transcendent. On the other hand, homemade cuisine, fresh products. Perfect desert. Without an opinion at the level of service, because we were a number and the waitress had difficulty getting heard... No opinion on the price because I was not confronted with the map.

Very disappointed. I had chosen this restaurant by relying on the map and very positive reviews, thinking to book in a warm place with refined dishes. I didn't expect that at all! The room is cold and would gain to be supplemented by plants and wood, more everyone had to get up to see the map. The dishes are fades and have nothing exceptional, I did not find the flavors expected in a so-called gourmet restaurant. At the applied prices I really hoped much better. I'm not coming back.
