Creperie Saint Martial - Angoulême

This restaurant offers the best cakes I ate in the area, they are very well garnished, not excessive in prices and so good. Even if you can more, it's hard to resist a salty caramel pan, which is excellent, not at all scary as in some crêperies. the restaurant would gain to be better known because it is very visible from the main pedestrian arteries.

But not too much either. I'm ordering, a 4-cheese crêpe. happiness and blessing. A marvel. crispy, tasteful, melting, with good quality products. A treat for my taste buds. History to change a little, for dessert, I order a crêpe with salted caramel butter.Very good but. I don't know. The salted caramel butter is good but relaxed a little too much water, lacks creamy to my taste. But apart from this small detail, a delight.Result, I highly recommend

My galette formed a dome so much it was filled (this is not the case of all) and the rolled crêpe is very copier as well. the server (and boss), everyone has not appreciated its ways (a little to the good franquette.) the pancakes and cakes are very good and well cooked.

We were here during the famous comic banda festival, the place was full so we had to wait a little bit for the dishes but it was really worth it: giant crêpes stuffed with various ingredients, I tasted the salmon but a few nights later, we came back and ate the vegetarian, both delicious. prices are cheap, a crêpe costs 7 to 9 euros, and be large and well-burned not only satisfied the stomach, but also the palace. If you come to angoulemia, you must absolutely try this place.
