Okay, so this was a last minute decision to pop in here, and boy were we glad we did. Service was a bit slow, but it was well worth the wait. I had a chicken hoagie and it was fantastic. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals and the friendly service. Will definitely come back if we are in the area again. View all feedback.
What Nick Lukasiewicz doesn't like about Tredos Pizzeria:
Waited almost two hours for pizza and wings to come out. Pizza tasted like it wasn’t cooked enough or frozen. The wings were rubbery. Only redeeming part of the dinner was when I was offered a free beer for waiting so long for food to come out. Only two people working on a Friday night. Hard times. View all feedback.
Ordered basic pizza and wings. Was told 1-1.5 hour for delivery. Ok, we can live with that. Confirmed delivery address twice. After 2 hours of waiting, still nothing. Tried to call back to ask if our food was ever coming (tried calling multiple times) and no one would answer the phone. Went to the shop in case it was just a simple mistake. Nope, they didn't care and told me that I could wait 15-20 more minutes while they made it. No apology. Absolutely not. Don't waste your time on this place, they clearly don't care about their customers.
In the past, I have given this place praise. But it has gone WAY downhill. The customer service is a joke. I walked out of there with no food, yet a bad taste in my mouth.
I ate in and it was great. The workers were friendly and the place was pretty clean. The pizza was really tasty; the crust, being the best part. The sauce wasn't too much and a little spice to pepperoni. I would eat there again in a heartbeat.
Best ever! Delivered my food exactly how I ordered it with a smile while we were sick. Thank you!!!!
Ordered the large chicken finger pizza. It was GINORMOUS (bigger than Pat's) and delicious. No waiting, ready on time and served with a smile. Will go to Tredos again
