I had a disappointing experience at another Ruby Tuesday a few months ago, as I've mentioned in my previous reviews. However, this particular location was a pleasant surprise! The hostess greeted us warmly at the door...
This restaurant wasn't crowded, but we waited 10 minutes before the couple in front of us, who arrived earlier, were acknowledged. Once we were seated, we noticed there were no silverware on the table. That’s when the manager...
I stopped at this restaurant for a late lunch with a big group from work. We were heading home along I-69 after a conference and were looking for something more substantial than fast food.
We were a group of twelve celebrating a birthday at Ruby Tuesday's in Angola. Initially, our waitress, Jenna, was quite gracious, but her attitude shifted when she recognized one of our party members, O.S. After that, she stopped serving us altogether. Jenna was specifically requested when we made our reservations, so we felt that she should have fulfilled her responsibilities to our group. While the restaurant and food were acceptable, the choice of waitress was unfortunate—she displayed a lack of professionalism.
