It was the most ridiculous wait time for a frozen meat patty I've ever experienced.

It took almost 8 minutes from when I pla... read more I went through the drive-thru for breakfast and ordered coffee, but by the time I reached the window, they had run out. It took almost 8 minutes from when I placed my order to when I arrived at the pick-up window, and they only realized they were out of coffee when I got there. It was mid-morning, well before breakfast service ended. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 and the service a 2.

The worst Whataburger I've been too. I gave it 3 times before leaving a review. All 3 times have been horrible on wait times, including mobile app pick up order... read more The worst Whataburger I've been too. I gave it 3 times before leaving a review. All 3 times have been horrible on wait times, including mobile app pick up order. There seems to be no one in charge. Someone needs to come in and get these youngsters working, without having to be told every little thing that needs to be done. The manager was just trying to get the orders ready. They definitely need some training.
