Description

This small-town Buc-ee’s delivers the chain’s clean, well-stocked convenience experience—spotless restrooms, fast checkouts and a broad grab-and-go menu including BBQ, grill items, kolaches, jerky and beer—often with friendly staff who recognize regulars. Patrons appreciate quick service and plentiful no‑carb options, though gas is pricier. Criticisms note occasional brusque or inconsistent service, lapses in simple courtesies like bagging, and limited availability of specific items (Mountain Dew, lottery). Overall convenient and tasty with room for improved staff training.

This location is so so. Not the usual happy faces like I’ve seen in others. I don’t know if it’s because it’s a smaller location or what but they need to get some training. Only reason I stop here is because it’s the only one on the way to my jobsite.

Everything you need in a convenience store, except... Mountain Dew, much in the zero drink line. Lottery of any kind. On the flip side, there are plenty of no-carb options. More than any other convenience store.

The staff is consistently friendly! I visit so frequently that they recognize me by name! The place is always well-stocked and clean! The employees work diligently and are quick! They carry my favorite energy drink and Dr Pepper Zero. I really look forward to stopping at Buc-ee's whenever I'm heading out! Thank you for being the best gas station around!

When you are buying a fountain drink and a food item with napkins and a fork, it should be assumed you want a bag. I don't like to just complain over minor things but the confused annoyed look from the clerks when I ask for a bag is really irritating enough to put me out of the mood to come here. Who wants to walk to their car with both hands full? Who wants to have to set everything down while they get their keys out of their pocket to get back in the car? Who wants dirty napkins, a used fork and and an empty wrapper on the floor in their car? Just use a little common sense and courtesy and give people a bag when they buy food.
