The opening times are wrong here, no 24 hour service because it's closed from 2:30 a.m. to 3 a.m....Opening times on the Internet and everywhere are 24 hours. But the fact is that this does not correspond to the facts, because there is a note stuck to the night counter that says it is closed from 2:30 a.m. to 3 a.m. Since the cashier says she's probably taking a break... well, I certainly understand... I don't know of a single Shell gas station in Halle and the surrounding area, but... but then please adjust the opening times accordingly It's not easy to announce a 24-hour opening time service and then not stick to it, it's just weak. It would just be fair to the driver to state the opening times here, which are from 3 a.m. to 2:30 a.m. and not that you drive there then To be able to fill up there in good faith and then leave without having accomplished anything and have to go to another gas station
The male attendant I met once was very nice but the older lady on the other hand is the most unfriendliest elderly woman I’ve come across. Kindly send her once for a customer service training and let her know that people should not be treated based on their race rather especially in a professional environment. The blonde, corpulent woman is unfriendly and simply cheeky. She walks around in slippers, where is the protective clothing and then she hardly pays attention to the customers like she did the other day when she was mopping.... Shell has lost a customer.
