Excellent ratio quality price . very varied day kitchen , taste , made with fresh products . I've had a treat with a tartiflette. Salads are very good. wines are at reasonable prices. fast service but not too much and very attentive . no mausvaise surprise . parking of the hotel accessible .
Flat entry dessert 22,50 good hot service a little slow but 80prs next so normal ice ball made in advance!! attention
A day of great affluence to the diffen where all the local boxes had organized their late-year meal. So big tabs. menu side, although the meal has been booked for a long time, unique entry for everyone.Idem for dish and dessert. 30 people, so we have to juggle with the tastes of each other. Not simple. There's always some disappointment. for the meal, correct foie gras but the toasts arrived lately. fish 10 times too cooked and insipid rice. pure chocolate but ice cream ball with undetermined fragrance. coffee served with a vulgar chocolate bistro packed. They could have made an effort before the parties. Anyway, disappointed! Maybe it's normal but really not hot to go back.
Once again we have dinner in this restaurant that we love and we have not been disappointed because the card being renewed very often, we can feast on original and delicious dishes, well served in quantity, pleasant presentation, quality service and so it is a place that we recommend without hesitation.

Very disappointing, we went to lunch, the dishes are without originality, little flavor and very expensive! I didn't take dessert from the entrance and the dish (the ice bowl has enough for me. There's a better place.
Disappointment! We came to dinner. Very few choices, dishes without flavor and very expensive (inflated to over 25€ on average!!! . The dessert card is prefabricated. It's not a Mercury. Really a shame because the team and servers are very pleasant and useful.
Disappointed by this experience in this hotel restaurant (dinner). We stayed at Mercury Maine Lake. Establishment that I warmly recommend. The quality of service is perfect. Come back to the restaurant, the room is pleasant, decorated simply but cozy. The card is well equipped and the choice is varied. The dorade sashimi was perfect, tasteful and fine. On the other hand, a real disappointment (coach egg with foie gras), without real flavor and two pieces of insipid foie gras embedded in the cocotte egg. My pistachio pintade, meat without taste in the mouth, dried pasta, also disappointed. The sander net was good. When at dessert, even if he was a cheek to see, it turned out good too. I was still expecting much better in a restaurant in this category. Experience to renew by acquired consciousness, but waiting for 3 stars no more. Ps: very friendly staff and service quality present.
