The business is fondue or hot pot. Ok but as long as it is good and similar to what you find in China. But here the sauces are tasteless and ultra liquid, unlike what you find in the most mediocre restaurant in China. We're going to have to really straighten things out, because when you eat there you really don't want to try the second restaurant Service: Dine in

A great discovery Just a big thank you Novices, the staff took the time to explain to us. The fondue was very fun with my 6 year old little boy. We enjoyed ourselves. I recommend. Took a large Chinese contingent and they were very impressed. Authentic Chinese hotpot combined with French fine dining. The frogs legs made for an an interesting combination. Would recommend highly for a large group or small
We are two Brits cycling the Loire valley. We came across this restaurant by happy accident, and were very warmly welcomed by a friendly waitress (who spoke excellent English). The food was fantastic Chinese hotpot. You choose a variety of ingredients that are brought to the table fully prepared but raw. There is a lot here: vegans and vegetarians are well catered for. We eat meat and fish and were delighted with the range of interesting cuts we went for squid, blood sausage, turbot among others, and some great veg (oyster mushrooms, seaweed and lotus root). You have a hot plate on your table on which goes your bowl of broth. You dunk your ingredients and cook them right there. There is no wine list but there you can try before you buy, and speak to the barman/sommelier, who can help you choose (also speaks great English). The wines are delicious, with good local ones, and very reasonably priced. All in all, we had a really fun evening with really excellent food and drink, and the friendly and proficient service made it that much more enjoyable.
Came with my wife for a family visit to Angers. She vegan, I'm half vegetarian (I eat fish) so we looked for a suitable place and voila! we found Dazuma. It wasn't just the food, it was the atmosphere and the whole experience.
Very different dining experience. Lots of fun. As a coeliac, there was plenty of options to choose from. Great drinks menu too.
We arrived ahead of our daughter and partner who had invited us. It was one of those warm evenings but inside was very cold with air con on freeze so we were pleased to have brought jumpers. Then as the restaurant began to fill and cooking started we understood why they started cold. Each table has a hot plate upon which the fondu bullion is heated for you to cook your own selection of meats, fish and vegetables. Brilliant as daughter is vegan and this restaurant caters for all with style. Food selection and presentation excellent, quality as good as it gets. Variety of bullions and sauces inspired. Service pleasant and perfect. Only problem was I ordered too much food. All this said price becomes less important but at about 25 euros a cover was very favorably priced for such an outstanding food experience. Thank you to all the excellent staff who’s explanations and service left nothing out and commands only deepest respect for there efficiency and STYLE.

Excellent! Besides having fun, the team is adorable! I recommend it! I was rarely so well received, I almost never left my mind even when it's good, I don't necessarily think about it, but it was so good and good in brief! We will return with pleasure!
Very nice home in fact I expected a Korean restaurant with the name DAzuma, but actually no! come in the evening well received very good explanation with the virtual menu in the form of Asian fondu that is found in Korea also with this principle of aromatic broth. L apero in the form of nice and good cocktail brief a very good experience, a little expensive with aperos count 30 to 35 euros per person, be careful to book at least 2 to 3 days before

Very original Chinese fondue concept with broth pot in the center of the table. Our teenagers and we even loved our vegetarian daughter. A good evening in a nice setting

And Dazuma who wasn't told? The Chinese fondue concept allows you to take your time to eat and taste among friends to spend a memorable moment. What we ordered seduced us, no regrets from cocktails to desserts. The team is very pleasant and takes the time to advise the different tables at best. The only small negative point is their success, think to book before being sure to appreciate it.

By going to Nantes, we went to eat a noon in this pretty restaurant. Very spacious, the welcome is warm. The kitchen is excellent! A real pleasure! I highly recommend

What an originality! Concept top! Order on tablet Super nice staff that doesn't ruin anything. Everything was great. Tip.. Some vegetables need a little longer cooking.. Plan to cook them when you arrive. Maybe Dazuma can add cooking instructions for Sunday cookers
