We were impressed by the service, food, and delicious desserts at this restaurant! Matt and AJ took excellent care of us and made sure everything was perfect. The wine selection was superb and we couldn't be happier. We were so satisfied that we even made reservations for August 25 to experience it all over again! What Darrell Erdman doesn't like about Elements At The Country Club:
my man and I ordered to share the prime rib wagyu beef. the flesh was not wagyu beef, not a groaning very strict. if wagyu beef was not available, we should have told us. I mentioned this to the waiter, he offered us something else, but we were with a group of friends and that would have taken too long. very disappointed. View all feedback.
Salmon was dry, enchilada was dry and not flavorful, pork chop was fatty and undesirable texture. Had high hopes for this as our NYE dinner spot at the country club but was sub par. Service was good. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Most rude staff, Cannot review the food didn’t stay long enough to. On our last night boarding in Angel Fire, we decided to try Elements. Out of every restaurant we’ve been to, Bill, our server, was by far the best. In fact, not only was he the best server, he made a lasting impression on all 5 of us. It truly made up for our other restaurant experiences at the resort. Not only that, but the food was awesome. I wish we would’ve got more pictures but everyone loved their steaks, salads, and I had the meatloaf, which was 1 of the specials that evening. I highly recommend it here if you’re able to check it out!
