What Tiana Hill doesn't like about Tropical Smoothie Cafe:
The smoothies were quite ordinary, and the service left a lot to be desired. We waited around half an hour from the moment we joined the line (with just one person ahead of us) until we finally got our order. From our spot, we could see three employees in the kitchen, but it appeared that only one of them was really putting in any effort. Overall, this TSC is not well managed. View all feedback.
Unreasonably slow… and I’m having a hard time understanding why I’m waiting 25 minutes for an order with 3 people working and only 1 other person in line. Would suggest management consider some serious process improvements.Edit: also did not receive napkins or silverware for meal.
I love coming here the employees are very helpful and respectful I am tired of the negative comments because they don't get they food when they want it or they want something for free the manger and Alicia and kalif alway make sure my food and smoothies are on point they work they butts off especially the lunch rush
Extremely slow service, employee took my order while on the phone having a conversation with her friend. What an awful experience
I’m not one to complain about service but damn, it took my coworker’s order nearly 45 min to get. Drank our smoothies and all. Speaking of smoothies. I paid extra for strawberries in a detox island smoothie. Was there strawberries? NONE. Tasted like watered ginger. My Baja chicken wrap? I paid extra for pineapple salsa. Was there pineapple salsa? NONE. I understand the lunch rush, which is why we ordered with time to spare but come on. I can accept waiting 15/20 min to get quality food and drinks but waiting 30/45 min for orders that aren’t even made right? Unacceptable.
The rudest and most dysfunctional fast food joint I’ve ever seen or experienced. Employees are rude and disorganized, and overall have nasty personal hygiene.
