Teriyaki Madness - Andrews

Just ordered delivery. Delivery was almost an hour late. Our bowls were cold, and the potstickers and egg rolls tasted like they just came out of the freezer. I usually don’t order from here because of the reputation they have. Will not be ordering from here again.

Website for Andrews says delivery but no delivery available, maybe you should update this info.we drove to pick up food. Teriyaki chicken would be good if they gave you enough sauce, noodles pot stickers were greasy.

Me and my husbad ate here today at 3:30 we were the only people in the restaurant the manager took our order and everything seemed good until we got our food, I ordered the teriyaki chicken with noodles and he ordered the same thing but with rice and they gave me rice instead of the noodles. My husband took my plate back up to the front and told them I ordered noodles not rice and the girl at the front proceeded to get an attitude and argue with him and kept telling him I ordered rice not noodles that she was looking at the ticket and he was wrong.. never once offered to fix it just kept telling him he was wrong and she was right and that she would have to get the manager if he proceeded to keep telling her I had noodles not rice, frustrated my husband came back over to the table got our recipe and took it back to her and she then told him she had to get the manager after she knew she was wrong, the manager made her remake the food and after what seemed like 15 minutes I finally got the right order.. I don’t know if she was just lazy and didn’t want to remake it or what but ether way there was no reason for her to get a attitude and argue about it!

Had an excellent teriyaki chicken bowl with the veggies and egg roll.

Always stop here whenever I am close by. Was first introduced to this place in Vegas, glad to see one around here for dang sure.
