Absolute best food! Fresh and Delicious! Would love to see them open a sit down restaurant in town but for now my family makes it a point to visit the Desert Willow Grill each week! A unique situation- permanently located food truck with tables a plenty serves food that rivals any gourmet restaurant. Highly recommend!

The food is exceptional!Although this is a food truck in a small town, the food can easily compete with any food truck, or restaurant, in a large city. The venue itself is also something I’d expect in Austin, cool, modern, and they keep it immaculately clean and orderly.It is easy to tell that every receipt is developed with great thought and care, and they use only quality ingredients which are expertly combined to deliver an exquisite experience. The detail to the preparation and presentation of the food does not go unnoticed. I had the smash burger, a divine burger made with wagyu beef. I loved the fries as well.This food truck is open only three days a week, and every week they have new items on the menu to keep you coming back for another delectable experience. I must also note that although the menu changes every week, eye candy is always on the menu. The two brothers that run the place are themselves quite delicious looking. (Can I get some of that meat to go? I’d smash. I’m talking about the smash burger I ordered, of course.

Chile Lime Steak Salad Seasoned Flank Steak, sous vide and seared to order. Served on a bed of Baby Mixed Greens with Grape Tomatoes, Avocado, Red Onion, Feta, Pepitas, and Sweet Corn. Served with a Cilantro Lime Dressing. Fantastic Love this place

Had the chicken fried steak sandwich and it was very good. Had a lot of flavor and filled me up.*Updated 8-27-21*Well this place doesn't disappoint. Tonight I had the HLC Meat Akaushi Beef Smash Burger. I got a double meat with bacon. Fresh tasting vegetables and full of flavor. I usually don't get bacon on my burgers but the bacon here gave it a really nice flavor to it. Filled me up again lol.
