We came here for breakfast on our first morning in the port and really enjoyed our food. The service was friendly and there was a good choice of breakfast options. A touch pricey, but no more so than anywhere else in the port.

This posting is late. We visited March 2019. This was a nice town to have a quiet secluded breakfast on the waterfront. I enjoyed the slow pace of the town because it really gave us an opportunity to sit in the sun and enjoy our coffee and pastries. Enjoy!

Stopped here for lunch on a lovely sunny February day so sat outside. Reasonable menu for lunch and I had the vegetable pasty which was excellent value at €2 while my wife had the goats cheese and bacon salad which was very good. Only negative was that the service was slow but didn’t matter on such a nice day

This is a perfect place to stop off for a relaxing drink and a bite to eat in a great location, looking out across the water. The coffee is good, the breakfasts excellent and the pastries sublime. La Consigna became a regular stop when visiting Port Andratx in the morning and we were never disappointed.

Family I have been coming to this place for yrs. Friendly staff on the bakery counter good energy. (on NON busy days) However today, waited over half an hour to be served, waited half an hour for our breakfast to arrive then arrived wrong, asked for our correct items and took so long our food was cold.. 2 items didn’t even arrive even after asking for them 4 times, at this point it was too painful to ask again and we just went without. Then the fork was very dirty, asked for a new one and staff wasn’t apologetic even huffed-it is fine, was an easy mistake but still apologise and be quick about getting a new one. Felt as though they thought we were being fussy, even though the fork had previous food and grease on it, took so long to bring a new fork that my husband finished his entire breakfast eating with a knife! I think the problem was that they was busy and understaffed, however if you are, it’s polite to mention when seated- that you are busy and wait time may be slightly longer than normal and apologise in advance, rather than let your customers wait and have a bad experience- than in turn end up leaving a bad review. Seemed as though we was a pain for asking for basic things even know we are paying good money for our food and service etc. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but wasn’t pleased at all. My advice- only go when not busy or if there is a sufficient amount of staff to tables. I would of expected money off our bill for this experience or at least something given for free as it was clear there was mistakes made. Seems as though their custom isn’t as valued here. Do better. Sorry, for bad review but it’s constructive criticism.
