What TrixiieMissTD doesn't like about Central:
It has been my favourite bar for twenty five years . Unfortunately, in winter I can no longer go there because the owner, although it is illegal, still lets his customers smoke in the enclosed terrace. His answer to any complaints is to open a small gap in the roof cover, which frankly does nothing to help. None of the other cafes allow this and have an ash tray outside.
