Rip off hotel. Bad service. No working aircon. Tiny bathroom. Stayed here for the location. Would never stay again. For the price this hotel was a complete waste of money and rip off. We paid for an upgrade and got upgraded to a view of car park. Aircon wouldn’t work. We went and spoke to front desk about it and they said it’s because people run it to cold… so minimum setting is to 24 degrees c see photo. So my partner and I didn’t sleep all night. I’ve slept better in my car. Bathroom was disgusting and tiny. You brush your teeth and shower Curtin, toilet seat and bathroom door is all touching you. Would never stay here again. Oh and breakfast was below average.

We had a booking at 21:45, showed up at 21:40 just to be told that our table was given to a walk-in. Spent 10 min going back and forth with a guy who seemed to be a manager (with a ponytail we finally convinced him that we in fact booked and should be seated. It was so chaotic that we decided to order two dishes and see how it goes and whether we should get something else. I ordered some paccheri with stracchetella that I had at this exact restaurant two days earlier and it came without any cheese. I called a member of staff asking him to double check for me he was trying to convince me that it doesn’t come with any cheese lol. We couldn’t get anyone’s attention for 30 min giving that there are 9! people working on the floor. At the end the manager came and said they run out of cheese (take it off the menu then, no ? Ended up taking our bottle of wine that we ordered for take away and leaving. Horrible service

Went for food and drinks, service was miserable and lethargic. Food was a car crash, underdone, over priced and tiny portions. I ordered a plate of rigatoni and had about 17 pieces of pasta lobbed Infront of me with some cheddar grated and then burnt on top. Do not waste your time, only good thing was location but doesn’t redeem the places downfalls.

No hot water. Old rooms that are falling apart. Tiny bathrooms. Not the cleanest either. Would never stay here again. Only thing redeeming was nice reception and sea view.

Don't be fooled by the wonderful spot: it's true, the platform on the sea is very beautiful, but there is no quality in the meals... I took the octopus, which is a starter at 20€, and it was full of sand. I told the waitress about it and there were no discount on the bill. We asked 3 times for the bill, and waited another 15 minutes to get the credit card machine. You can go there for a drink but you should not have dinner there. The service is poor, and they only focus on the spot. And it is way too expensive for what it is. Such a shame!
