A few weeks ago we attempted to get ice cream. After waiting in line for 30 minutes prior to closing time, when we got to the window they announced they were now closed this was still 2 minutes prior to closing time and we had been in line for over 30 minutes already) and they turned all of the customers away both at window and in drive thru who had all been waiting long before closing.
