As far as what you do well I would look over the review(s) of your regulars and take them seriously. (Just my opinion) we went late night for a few games of bowling and a couple rounds of pull tabs. Staff was friendly and lanes were fun to bowl on. View all feedback.

This place is hit and miss, I've had good and bad experiences over the years, last time I was there I waited for 5 minutes for someone to come out and I peeked into the office to find someone just sitting down not paying attention, we bounced around to 2 different lanes to finally get a working one...the pizza has always been good though View all feedback.
Waited 25mn for a waiter who was standing talking to older people, waited 10mn for our drinks. And yet EVERYONE else has been served. I would really never go there ever again. POOR SERVICE POOR WAITERS POOR OVER ALL.
Very disappointed in the experience at this establishment. Realize it was busy but to not even be acknowledged by the waitress as she waited on the regulars is unacceptable. She took our beer glass and didn 't ask if we wanted another. Total lack of customer service!!!
Prices have gone up so much here with boiling beers food, Not worth it you might as well go overto blainbrook half the price.
Food is hit and miss, odd they charge 2 bucks for refills. waitress help could be better. Mainly come here to play bingo.
Not good service. I got my food before my drink. The food took about 20 minutes. Pretty good time. But my drink arrived 10 minutes after my food,
