Chef is amazing, the presentation is beyond perfect. Our server, Suraya, I cannot say enough. She is so happy, kind and always busy. She is the glue of the front staff and trust me, she holds it all together. Watching her and Chef work together is like watching a salsa! Now, the food: The first thing you notice is the beautiful cuts of Spanish raised beef in the front cooler. And yes, you will choose your steak from their variety. The steak is seared, then a hot stone is delivered to your table. You cook your meat as you eat. Your choice, Rare? Medium? And you season with your choice of fresh salts. Perfecto! Our meal was complimented with breads and rice and beans. The flavor is worth mentioning. A perfect blend of flavors to make your tastebuds say “ahhh”. Fresh, cold and crisp sangria (sparkling blanco) perfect addition to a dinner that tops off any good day in Lisboa! So, if we could give 6 stars we would! Do Not miss out on an amazing dining experience when in Lisboa. The locals have a gem here. Beautiful place, beautiful people and beautiful food. Buen provecho! Não sei por onde começar. A equipe: Incrível! Amigável, prestativo, gentil e acima de tudo... família. Sim, eles te tratam como família. Chef é incrível, a apresentação é além de perfeita. Nosso servidor, Suraya, não posso dizer o suficiente. Ela é tão feliz, gentil e sempre ocupada. Ela é a cola da equipe da frente e acredite em mim, ela mantém tudo junto. Ver ela e o Chef trabalhando juntos é como assistir a uma salsa! Agora, a comida: a primeira coisa que você nota são os belos cortes de carne bovina espanhola no refrigerador frontal. E sim, você escolherá seu bife de sua variedade. O bife é selado e uma pedra quente é entregue à sua mesa. Você cozinha sua carne enquanto come. Sua escolha, Raro? Médio? E você tempera com sua escolha de sais frescos. Perfeito! Nossa refeição foi complementada com pães e arroz e feijão. O sabor merece destaque. Uma mistura perfeita de sabores para fazer seu paladar dizer “ahhh”. Sangria fresca, fria e crocante (espumante blanco) complemento perfeito para um jantar que coroa qualquer bom dia em Lisboa! Então, se pudéssemos dar 6 estrelas, daríamos! Não perca uma experiência gastronómica incrível quando estiver em Lisboa. Os moradores têm uma jóia aqui. Lugar lindo, gente bonita e comida linda.
