Please don't waste money. Worst service. Restaurant servers and managers have a worst behaviour. No cleanliness on dining tables. None of them bother about it. The restaurant team doesn't even able to provide plates for all guests. Even for serving food they provide dinning knife instead of spoons.Taste of food us at its worst.

Awesome place. The food taste fantastic and so is the service. The ambience is good, built like a kerela house, has both A/C Non A/C dining. The Hotel houses a variety of birds and some unique fish. There is also a play area for children, with swings..etc. The Hotel serves both veg and non-veg dishes including tea, coffee and fresh juice with decent pricing. Good for a family stop-by.

Nice ambience with courteous staff. We had breakfast here. The food was good and tasty. Restaurant has play area for kids. Best place to have breakfast. If u can have stomach full of breakfast, suggest to choose mini tiffin.

I have came upon three times for this hotel and resort... Two times on last year.. And a day this year. The appearance is well good. But the service is too bad.. Only few few server. We ordered some food items. Jus two foods. We are waiting on the outside of restaurant.. Waited for more than twenty mins.. And asked the man in the counter.he said Inside restaurant servers are working..the order will reach you soo n.. Ok finally Recieved after half hour of ordering and said one dish extra... We eat all the dish came.. And again waited with empty hand.. And lost the patience and cancelled the order. And we went out with half eating. And paid the bill. This hotel tests the patience.. There is no other hotel nearby.. So we went without any choice.. But

Good environmental and nice service taste also excellent yummy lunch
