Taco Bell - Anderson

Although fast food is not known for its gourmet quality, I have never had a terrible experience at Taco Bell. Whether I've gone through the drive-thru or dined inside, the staff has always been friendly and my order has always been correct. While there have been times when a sauce packet was forgotten, I understand that working in fast food can be challenging and mistakes can happen. Overall, I have always had a positive experience at this Taco Bell.

My meal was perfect, but unfortunately my husband received the wrong burrito. The food was average, but satisfied our hunger. The server was pleasant, however, the kitchen staff needs to pay more attention when preparing orders. The seven layer burrito ended up being just a regular burrito.

I must commend the wonderful women who work here for going above and beyond to serve me some amazing late-night tacos. Thank you so much for making a difference, one delicious taco at a time.

I always order the steak soft taco supreme with extra sour cream. It's my go-to dish every time I visit this restaurant.

The dining experience at this restaurant is always good, but the staff's level of professionalism is lacking. They have the sign out indicating they are open, yet they turn away customers saying they are not accepting orders, even though it is still well before closing time. It seems like the employees don't want to work and are misleading customers by refusing to take food orders. It would be understandable if there were a shortage of staff, but there are plenty of employees present. This kind of passive-aggressive behavior towards patrons is unacceptable. Additionally, the staff often forgets items or gets orders wrong, which is disappointing.
