This place should be shut down rather than ruining Schlotzsky’s reputation. CHECK YOUR ORDER before you leave. At the prices they charge, it’s ridiculous to be getting wrong items with entire ingredients left out, which has happened multiple times. Went in to ask why and employee literally said “Oh, we didn’t have any cut.” And refused to give any until asked a second time and mentioned we have the receipt showing we paid for it to have avocado. Definitely not giving these employees any more business.
The food is always delicious. The drive thru is always quick and accurate. Never had a bad visit.
This place was filthy, trash on the floor. Over filled trash cans. Cinnamon rolls were old and dry. Not good.
