Red Lobster - Anderson

We had a bit of a wait when we first arrived, as there was no one at the entrance to assist us with seating. After about five minutes, a friendly waitress came out, holding a soda in her hand. Unfortunately, the food was less than satisfactory, and we had to wait twenty-five minutes for it to arrive. Based on this experience, we won't be returning anytime soon, especially since we traveled from the Indiana State Fair.

I ordered takeout from the restaurant and waited for 20 minutes after my scheduled pickup time. When I finally went inside, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. By the time I got home, my food was cold. There was no tartar sauce for my fish and no dressing for my salad. They offered me a $510 gift card and apologized, but I had already spent over $30 on a disappointing meal. I've never experienced anything like this at this restaurant before, and I hope it doesn't happen again.

I ordered the fried fish dinner, but the waitress brought it out without any broth. She explained that it took too long to prepare, so she just hurried and served it, resulting in a mushy texture. I asked to speak with the manager, who didn't make a good impression with their unkempt appearance and poor dental hygiene. I simply wanted to explain that there was a misunderstanding and that they could easily re-fry the fish. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant altogether.

They have eat and menus there, and they are chairs, and they have also tassen!

My grilled flounder was thinner than tissue paper. When I asked the waitress about it her only response was, yeah the flounder is getting smaller ....really? Someone else in my party had the fried flounder...there was a lot of fish with theirs. We had watered down drinks. We had 4 in our party and 3 separate tickets. The waitress missed out on a really good tip. She was mire concerned about the old couple 2 booths behind us. She catered to them. Guess she thought she 'd make more with the other couple. We were 3 seperste tickets...and 2 of us have waited tables in our past. We would have tipped anazingly had she showed we mattered. So dissappointed with the price of their food....you should receive better portions and DEFINITELY
