Hold on. We went to the Redner on a second occasion. They finally called us to move forward at the window. While we were waiting for our food, we noticed that there were vehicles parked all around, and there were designated areas for eating. About 30 minutes later, we received our two cookies, and guess what? Our order was wrong—shocking, I know. My wife wanted a McGriddle, but they gave her a McMuffin instead. View all feedback.
I ordered through the app, but after charging my card, they canceled my order. Rather than resolving the issue by sending my food, they opted to refund me, which they claimed would take 3-7 days to process back into my account. I had a wonderful lunch at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, and I can't recommend it enough.
