Extremely disappointed. I placed an online order for delivery but we did not receive our entire order and the driver couldn’t find my house. I called the store to ask for the salad to be delivered but they said they could not deliver it. Then I asked to be refunded for my salad and tip but all I was offered was a $10 credit on my next order, or I could pick up the salad myself. The manager says their store is unable refund any orders. TERRIBLE customer service. I will never order from these guys again and I’d suggest others don’t as well. Any problem with your delivery and you won’t get any real help.Update: I called this morning and spoke with the store general manager. She was extremely nice and helpful. She refunded the price of my missing food with no problems. Thank you for the positive interaction this morning. I have increased my rating from 1 to 4.

I had drove by this place for a long time but had never gone there. One day I wanted something different. I wish I would have stopped in sooner. I have been back 2 times since. The food is really good and the salads are fresh. No complaints.

Took 3 hours for them to make one pizza. They sent my pickup order out for DoorDash then had to remake the food twice more get some better service please!!!

Would like to see more vegetarian options via the company as a whole. The different deals cater specifically to meat eaters and we are not able to remove or replace the meat with a veggie option. The Pizza and cheesy bread are good though ?? Always hot and on time. Thanks!

Worked here for a time and had lots of great experiences, but the quality lately unfortunately seems to have slipped quite a bit. This is probably my third poor experience in a row so it may be my last. This time the cheesy bread was undercooked and the pizza was cut strangely so that there was a bunch of small irregular bites which makes it seem pretty clear they tried to cut it normally and square on the same pizza and likely realized their mistake and just decided to send it this way anyway. This just shows that the quality just isn't a priority anymore there which certainly used to be a strong suit so it feels unfortunate.
