Pleasant staff, very helpful. I still have a bad experience when I come here, no matter what time of day. The menu prices are different than they appear online, so I took a photo of the current one.
Great selection of donuts even during afternoon hours. Pleasant staff. These donuts are heavy and yeasty and they don't skimp on the glaze. Jack's is a favorite!
Honestly, I'm grateful this was just a one-time visit and not my regular doughnut shop. To add to my experience, there were only two other customers when I was there—one was being assisted by an employee, while the other was helping me. It was completely quiet the entire time I was there, and I was in a great mood as I was heading out of town for a fun trip. I really hope they were just having a rough day, but I won’t be back to find out.
