The one on 28... read more We have had bad and good experiences here. I don't know exactly who to call or contact but someone needs to make a change for both of the Hardees. The one on 28 by pass and this one. Most of the time the workers are outside smoking and they act like they don't want to be there. Sometimes the food is made right and sometimes it's not. Sometimes the portion of the food is right and sometimes it's not. Sometimes they have what you order and sometimes they don't. Sometimes they close early and will not take your order at the drive thru speaker. I have actually seen the workers leave and only the manager closed the restaurant. Everyone else had already left and the manager left by their self. That is not safe and should never happen. They sell burgers, hotdogs, chicken sandwiches, ham and cheese sandwiches, chicken strips, fries, curly fries, onion rings, they sell fountain drinks, coffee, and shakes. That is for lunch and dinner. They do carry breakfast as well, like all different kinds of meat biscuits, biscuits and gravy, and hash brown patties. They do offer eat in or carry out or drive thru window. They do have children's high chairs and they do have public restrooms. They do have handicapped parking and wheel chair accessibile entrance and wheel chair accessibile tables and restrooms.

I'm not sure if it was the time of the day, stopped at 7 p.m., but the burgers were extremely dry and didn't taste right, and the pommes were cold. It was so terrible that we couldn't finish our meal, we had to throw it away. We won't come back there. As others have said, it seemed that there was only 1 employee there shame on management, you will not become customers with food so.

This is definitely the worst Hardee's I have ever been to, and it ranks among the worst dining experiences I've had overall. Be prepared to wait at least 10 min... read more This is definitely the worst Hardee's I have ever been to, and it ranks among the worst dining experiences I've had overall. Be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes to get through the drive-thru. I even ordered online, yet it still took me over 10 minutes to get my food. They really should think about letting go of everyone involved with this location and just closing it down.
