The food is less expensive, it tastes better, great bread sticks and I've always had much faster service with Fazolis. Overall just better bang for your buck with higher food quality and quantity.

This isn't your typical Fazoli's experience—meals are served tableside on plates with cutlery, and everything is promptly cleared away. Great job, everyone!

When I called to address the issue, an employee hung up on me. After leaving a review, I was contacted via email and asked to provide details, which I did. They promised to resolve the issue, but I never received any compensation or follow-up. When I tried to reach out again, the email address was no longer valid. Why would anyone want to order from a place that doesn’t take care of its customers?
