When our food arrived, it was hot and fresh, showcasing the high quality this establishment is known for. The dining area was spotless, and I honestly couldn't find a single flaw. I had a delivery and I was missing so much food and what I did get was wrong. Then had been hung up on by the employee when I called. I had made a previous review and was emailed and told to send info, I did and they said they would help resolve myexperience. I never got anything in the mail, nothing credited to my account. I really enjoy Fazoli's spaghetti and their fresh breadsticks. The portion sizes are generous, too. The staff assisted me in finding a booth and promptly served my food. I was thrilled to discover a Fazoli's in Anderson. Their food surpasses that of some upscale restaurants. The place is very clean and an excellent spot to dine.
The food here is excellent, and the portions are generous enough that you can take half of it home for another meal—unless you're really hungry! The service was friendly and courteous. We arrived just before the lunch rush, and even as the restaurant began to fill up, the atmosphere remained enjoyable, and the staff continued to be calm and welcoming.
Wow, I hadn't visited this restaurant in 15 years, and I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was fantastic, providing the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. The food was even better than I remembered! I enjoyed a wonderful lunch, complete with a gluten-free option. I just wish I could have tried the breadsticks!

Food was good and the staff was much friendlier than ft. Wayne location. Breadsticks were better here also. This is not your average fazolis as it is served tableside on plates with cutlery and cleared away for you. Good job folks
