This is a great spot for families with children to gather. The pizza is always fresh and consistently replenished. They also add something special to the buffet, and the staff is attentive, frequently clearing dishes from your table. The only downside during my visit was the restrooms; although they were not in the best condition, I noticed that they are addressing the issue. View all feedback.
What Monica Crivelli doesn't like about Cicis:
Too bad you can 't give 0 stars, we loved taking our kids there when they were young, so figured ok to take the grandchildren there today even though needless to say several years between last visit....... horrible mistake, everything was cold, salad was old, everything from buffet bar to restrooms was nasty. It 's pretty bad when grandchildren (KIDS FOR THAT MATTER) refuse to eat PIZZA saying this tastes nasty !!!!... View all feedback.

Seriously, some of the kindest staff I saw in any inexpensive restaurant, much less buffet. The pizza is good, but whoever makes the brownies is an artist. The price is correct, variety is good, and the app makes it cheaper to boot. Never let us down.
Each time I walked past the beverage area, there was a terrible smell coming from the kitchen. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. I needed to use the restroom before leaving and ultimately decided to wait until I got home instead. The restroom doors were sticky, and there was a strange residue on the toilet. Additionally, there was ice spilled all over the floor at the beverage station with no wet floor sign in sight. One of the employees was quite rude; when I asked for cups of cheese, she slammed them on the counter without saying a word and seemed to genuinely dislike her job, sporting a constant scowl. On a positive note, there was a busboy who worked hard to ensure that he cleared dirty plates from tables frequently. Overall, while the food was decent, I would probably choose to go to Easley next time. They have a better buffet and the place is always clean.
The overall quality of the food appears to have declined. However, it’s still an affordable option for getting a meal quickly. They’ve updated their ordering system, requiring customers to fill out a paper form with their selections. I suppose this helps reduce waste, which is a positive change.
The manager here is very rude. My son is a picky eater. When he told me there was nothing there he liked because it tasted weird, I asked the manager if I could possibly get some chicken for him. After he said that he would only do so if he charged me I then asked if he could just get some pepperoni. It wasn't until I threatened to just take them off the pizzas and he could throw away all the crusts, then he gave me some. I then saw a kid come and tell him a machine had eaten his money and was broken, the manager just told him that he put an out of order sign on it and someone must have taken it down. Not a good man. I won't return of he is here.
