The food was good, portion sizes were nice. I hate bread and butter pickles, which they put on the burgers, but that's my preference to make it a big burger. The atmosphere, well this old lady in a dress turned around in her seat to talk to the people behind her (big group) and flashed her Uniösen lol lol. Not the atmosphere you want to eat, but it was like a comedy show. Thanks Lady for the Giggles with my two sons. View all feedback.
What Mona Kilback doesn't like about Chili's Grill Bar:
we are here and I could say that they were understaffed, so I didn't realize to wait 15 minutes for a table, even though the place wasn't really busy. when we sat one of the first things I could say, it was that the ac didn't work, it was so hot in this device. the waitress you could say was new that she was wonderful. the only reason I give this place a three is because of the quality of the food. it was best for bl... During our last four or five visits to this restaurant with my children, we've consistently been informed of a 30-minute wait. This would be understandable if there were no available tables, but each time we've looked around and noticed at least 15 unoccupied tables. Despite this, the staff have refused to seat us at any of them.
I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The order manager said my meal would be ready between 2:25 and 2:30, so I waited in my car for 10 minutes past 2:30. When I received my order, it was incorrect. I had ordered the original chicken wings but was given honey wings instead. I also ordered a 6 oz sirloin, but what I received looked like a very small square that didn’t even seem to weigh 6 oz, along with a tiny portion of broccoli. Overall, I ended up waiting 30 minutes for lunch. The only compensation offered was a drink that I had already included with my meal. Given that my total bill was nearly $60, I expected much better quality and service.
Half of my dish was croutons, and the medium rare steak I ordered was cooked well done. I'm surprised this place is still open. The service was subpar and seemed overwhelmed.
My wife and I normally like this location but we were there tonight and neither the food or the service was good. My wife ordered chicken and it was so tough she only ate a couple bites, she said the toast was the best thing on her plate. I ordered the big bacon ranch and it was so bad they took it off our bill. Service wise we waited an hour to get our food. Then we waited for our drinks to be refilled. Then we waited for our check Then we waited for them to take it. Then the pen didn't write.
Same as previous reviewer: walked in, it was 8:20pm and could see at least 30 empty tables….about 1 3 had plates and cups to be cleaned…, but we stood at the front for 5 minutes before an employee came to us. We had seen one waitress but we were not acknowledged by her. She said it would be 30 minutes, but offered no explanation. I asked if they were understaffed and she said, “we are always understaffed,” but didn’t apologize or offer us to be seated in the empty section of the restaurant. It appears they would seat people and serve them appetizers or drinks until food could be prepared, seeing as they close at midnight, but I suppose the manager of this one is doing well enough to turn away business. Just a strange encounter unlike any I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant, even through 2020 lockdowns!
