I placed an order online and received a notification to come inside and pick it up, as it was being prepared. However, after waiting 15 minutes, it appeared that my order hadn't even been started. On a positive note, the store was clean, and the employees were wearing masks and gloves. Despite being quite busy, they were polite and friendly.

When my husband informed the cashier about the situation and asked if she could process our payment at the functioning drive-thru register, she responded with an unpleasant attitude. She said they usually don’t do that, but she could make an exception this time. My husband expressed that he felt her attitude was inappropriate given the circumstances. She then attempted to deny having any attitude at all. We decided to leave and went to another restaurant that offered better customer service.

While it isn't our favorite place to dine, it does offer a decent option for a quick meal on that side of town.

My double cheesebu... read more I was disappointed to find this place labeled as an A&W restaurant when they only serve KFC fries, which I don’t like, and cold cheese curds. My double cheeseburger was cold, though my son’s burger was warm. I came for the A&W name, but this was such a letdown—I won’t be coming back.
