I typically steer away from Starbucks because I’ve had trouble in the past knowing what to order with my dietary preferences. This morning Kay and Adam nailed it by listening to what I was wanting and creating it from scratch. They even repeated it back to me several times so that I’d know what to ask for in the future. What Kay W doesn't like about Starbucks:
I went and was standing at the register the employees didn't greet me or come over there was on the side having a personal conversation i waited awhile and still no one came over to take my order so i left out! Very rude and giving discrimination vibes! I clearly didn't need to support buying anything from this place anyway with service like this View all feedback.
The employees at this establishment are very nice and respectful. but i have seen the manger scold some employees INFRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS. and make threats to the employees saying that they could be demoted or written up for nothing!! i honestly think the manger is only nice to the customers for a good review. as a customer i shouldn't even be able to know about this stuff but this manager has no respect for her employees and does not care if a customer is watching. a good manger would respect the people working for her because without them there would be no starbucks. she also works painfully slow. When one of the teens take my order and i see her standing ready to make the drink i am automatically upset because i know that it will take ten minutes just to get a small drink. somebody please do something about this!!

This is the only Starbucks around that isn’t constantly out of everything I want!
