Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €30–40 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking
Absolutely stunning location – the interior is beautiful, the setting is gorgeous, and the park surroundings make it feel really special. From an aesthetic point of view, this place is close to perfect. However, the pricing is completely out of line with what you actually get. I eat out a lot and I’m more than willing to spend money on great food – but this was, at best, standard. Charging nearly €30 for a simple, non-housemade pasta with burrata and pistachio is honestly hard to justify. The chocolate cake (supposedly Belgian chocolate) was fine, but nowhere near worth €18. What makes it even more disappointing is the “sharing concept.” You’d expect generous portions designed to be shared – but the portions were average at best, sometimes even small. In total, I paid around €60 for what was essentially a single-person meal (pasta, one dessert, and a few drinks) – and that’s despite sharing everything. That’s simply excessive for the quality and quantity provided. Bottom line: Beautiful place, average food, and prices that feel completely unjustified. I might come back for the atmosphere, but definitely not for the food.
