Pizza Hut - Andalusia

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered pizza for delivery they say their busy it will be an hour this is 830 at 11 I still don’t have a pizza when I call the person answers and says she is only one there and they can’t get it. Thanks Pizza Hut for letting me starve tonite now everything else is closed

Monday 1/22/24 Time: 7:30 pm My family and I went in to be waited to be seated and the workers didnt even welcome us. They looked very upset that we walked in. One employee looked like she didnt want to wait on us as she went behind the counter to take a drink of her drink and then attempted to run into the kitchen area like she was gonna be sick. Hollared for someone else. She came over and asked us what we wanted with a very rude attitude. We said we would like to dine-in. She puts her head down and said something to someone and we stood there for a few mins. in confusion.So we felt very unwelcome and we left. As we left one of the pizza makers waved and said Bye Review: very poor of employees and didn 't feel welcomed. Was very dissatisfied and will not be goin back. Sad thing is that you use to feel welcomed and be in the presents of great employees.

The food was good but they switch the buffet options. Very low on content variety on the salad bar. Our waitress forgot our drinks and apparently was talking smack to manager and they weren't even busy.

They no longer do curbside pick up, even though it is on the website. They also do not let you know that they don't do it. They just let you sit there and wait while they sit and watch TV in the empty restaurant. No matter how many people pull up, park and wait. At least put up a sign or something.

They have a small, but very good, lunch buffet. The table service is also good.
